Nire's Desire - Megashira

Hi Goddesses

Another Nire's Desire for you today, and this one is a dramatic blue-leaning blurple with a dollop of pink shimmer.

Megashira totally gets its prettiness from the shimmer.  The blue it's sat in isn't navy, blurple or royal, but some mixture of the 3, and it's the pink that lifts it into more heavenly realms.

It's quite a glowy polish, and greedily pulls the light in.

Because of the pink, I decided stamping with pink would be an awesome idea.  Turns out, not so much lol.  I do like the pattern though, which is from LilyAnna plate 04.

Because I had some neon studs from Born Pretty Store that needed using, I added these in too.  Personally, I think it's too much, but there's something quirky about the photos that does make me smile.

This polish, and the studs, were sent to me for an honest review.  You can purchase Nire's Desire HERE and Born Pretty Products HERE.

Nire's Desire - Jezebel

Hi Goddesses

I'm a sucker for holographic pinks, and today I have a lovely one to share with you.

This is Jezebel by Nire's Desire and it straddles the line of bright, but not too in your face, and classy, but not too dull.

This is a perfect medium rosy pink, loaded with life and full of happy.  It's one of those polishes you can just throw on and forget about, because you know it's going to look lovely All Day Long.

I love the richness and vibrancy of the pink, and the occasional cool flash of blue lilac.  Happy polish.

I have a Born Pretty review to do, so I added some silver hearts to show my love lol.

The Digit-al Dozen DOES Metal - Day 4

Hi Goddesses

I really didn't know what to call this one lol, so Day 4 it is!

When the idea first cropped up to have a Metal Week, I really thought I would end up with 5 manis like this - a random swatch with some bling on them!  It's even the reason I got the very bling you see today lol, which was provided for review by Born Pretty Store.  You can find the exact studs I used HERE (and don't forget to use my code to the left if you order!).

I love the drama of this mani.  To be honest, I loved it more before I added the bling - so let's check that out first.

The base is Lilypad Lacquer Vamp-a-licious and it is the deepest darkest purple holo I have ever encountered.  So dark, in fact, that the holo is quite hard to detect indoors.

This is deepest darkest decadent wine and velvet curtains and Victorian melodrama, all bottled and cooing huskily for some temptation!  It was a one coater, which inspired the stamped nail.

The accent finger is China Glaze Angel Wings and I stamped with this lovely brocade image from CICI&SISI 03.

So, back to the metal.  I blame Missy for making me want some proper hardware on my nails - and she always seems to be able to use it so expertly!  As if the mani was made for it!

I wanted some designs that weren't just squares or circles and this wheel has a lot of interesting shapes in it.  I was particularly drawn to these rings ... just because they're different.

Don't forget to check out the other ladies.  Both of these products were sent to me for an honest review.
